I expressly declare that I authorize L’AGENCE – AGÊNCIA DE MODELOS, LDA to collect, process and maintain my personal data for the following purposes and under the following terms and conditions:

  • The personal data collected by completing this form will be processed by L’AGENCE – AGÊNCIA DE MODELOS, LDA for the purposes of evaluating the registration with the agency and the execution of a future agency contract, and will be immediately deleted if such registration does not materialize or, if an agency contract is signed, kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship;
  • L’AGENCE – AGÊNCIA DE MODELOS, LDA may be asked at any time to access personal data, as well as to rectify, erase or limit its processing, to transfer data or to oppose its processing;
  • Considering that the communication of certain personal data constitutes a necessary requirement for the conclusion and execution of the agency contract, the exercise of some of the rights referred to in (ii) may determine the termination of this contract due to the manifest impossibility of promoting the image among potential clients;
  • The personal data collected may be transmitted and communicated to third parties for the purposes of fulfilling the processing purposes mentioned above, namely for the acquisition and provision of the agency’s services, or for compliance with legal obligations and transferred to countries of the European Union or to third countries, including some that may not offer an adequate level of protection, to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the same purposes.
